Accomplishments: Managing multiple, rigorous deadlines for game asset delivery. Illustrating in a variety of styles to meet look-and-feel of a range of concurrent projects. Managing protracted licensor content and legal revision cycles that advance at varying speeds - for different licensed projects across seven program managers.

Developed logos/illustrations for retailers' adult, juvenile bicycles. Also created product design and color ways for licensed product bicycles, scooters, etc. Accountable for illustration/design of all product lines. Packaging production lead.
Accomplishments: Refined asset creation/filing/retrieval process, speeding up the design process approximately 40% for each individual bicycle design. Created and revised bicycle design production methods for over 170 different models through use of templates. Also created packaging design production method for over 55 different form factors/licensors.

Responsible for producing CARABELLA Digital Rights Management Flash interactivity: illustrated and designed characters, defined interactivity, developed graphic user interface, storyboarded, and animated. Managed illustrators and Flash/Java developer.
Accomplishments: Designed lead characters to lead attorney's satisfaction. Guided interactivity through multiple unexpected layers of approval and revision, often exceeding original scope. Lead process of bug-checking, collating results, implementing fixes.
