Flash Developer with extensive creative and production experience. Seeking Flash Designer position.

As the Lead Animator on Privacyactivism's animation projects, I work with the project leads to define the interactivity, develop the graphic user interface with our flash producer, storyboard the flow of the interactivities, develop the look of the characters and backgrounds, direct our group of illustrators and animators to produce the animated scenes. I also manage our Flash / Java developer in the final production stages.

As a lead animator, I worked closely with the DigitalThink project and creative leads to define projects with clients, storyboarded the flow of the interactivities, developed the look and feel of the interface, characters, animation and backgrounds. I led a group of 12 animators, was responsible for my projects production schedule, developed prototypes, illustrated characters, props, produced Flash scripting and animations for interactivities. I managed our Flash / Java developers in final production.
